Ray Insurance Did Not Pay Me After My Total Loss Claim

In the traffic accident I was involved in on 17.05.2025, it was determined that the other party was 100% at fault. As a result, my vehicle was declared a total loss, and all required documents were fully submitted to Ray Insurance and our contracted partner Autogong. Although I was informed both verbally and in writing that a payment of ₺425,000 would be made under the claim file, no funds have been transferred to my account to date. Ray Insurance auto damage officer Mr. E*** C*** T*** has not responded to any of my repeated emails regarding the payment. While document-related issues were addressed promptly, the lack of communication about the payment process has caused undue hardship. The absence of updates via email or phone throughout this period constitutes gross negligence under the Insurance Arbitration Commission’s regulations and the Consumer Protection Law. Therefore, I formally request that the payment of ₺425,000 be deposited into my account by the end of business hours on 11.06.2025 at the latest. Otherwise, I will pursue all available legal avenues and submit an official complaint to the Insurance Arbitration Commission and other relevant authorities. I respectfully urge that the necessary action be taken without further delay.
