Ray Insurance Refuses to Process Value Loss Claim
My value loss claim file with Ray Insurance, numbered 11302504766-1, has not been processed since July 24 — nearly three months. Despite contacting the company multiple times via email during this period, I have received no response and there has been no progress on my file. The application was submitted from Muğla Menteşe. I have experienced similar issues before, and each time the process takes far too long. I request that my file be processed immediately and my compensation paid without further delay. I kindly ask for the process to be expedited and my grievance resolved.

About a month ago, I applied for a loss of value claim through Ray Sigorta for my 2011 Fiat Fiorino. My application number is: 11302504766-1. I had to sell my car with a loss of value of 100,000 TL. Although the legal process is supposed to take 15 days, it has been 3 months since my application and no payment has been made yet, and my file still appears to be under review.
During this process, I have contacted Ray Sigorta customer service multiple times both by phone and email. However, I have not received any response; I can only get information when I call, otherwise I am completely ignored. Despite constantly creating new requests, there has been no progress in the process and I have been subjected to stalling tactics.
My application was made under the Istanbul Central branch. Even though the legal period has long passed and I have been aggrieved, no solution has been offered. I request that my loss of value payment be made as soon as possible and that my grievance be resolved.
