Ray Insurance Denied My Replacement Car Request Despite My Son's Severe Disability
I had an accident 25 days ago with the disabled vehicle registered in my son's name, and for the past 25 days, the car has been waiting for parts, but there is no sign of them. The main issue is that my insurance policy includes a replacement vehicle service for 15 days, twice. I used the first 15-day replacement car, but it was a struggle to get it, and they did not provide a car equivalent to mine. The rental company said the amount provided by Ray Insurance was insufficient. My son is severely disabled, with a 90-99% disability, and attends three schools: kindergarten, rehabilitation, and speech therapy. I explained the situation to the company and pleaded for help, asking them to allow me to use the second 15-day replacement car service for this accident. Exceptions do not break the rule, and my situation is clearly unique. Yet, no one cared to help despite my desperate pleas. Please, someone help me. My son is struggling, and that car was my lifeline.
