Ray Insurance Failed to Repair the Damaged Vehicle, Vehicle Waiting in Service

As of November 26, 2023, it has been 23 days since my parked car sustained damage to both doors, yet there has been no progress in terms of repairs. Even the affiliated service couldn't procure the necessary parts. What is Ray Insurance doing in this situation? The replacement vehicles provided as substitutes are often unrented leftovers from companies. Ray Insurance/Kasko, you have seriously victimized me, and the fate of a repair that supposedly takes two days remains uncertain. There is a lack of clear resolution for the delay, and aside from the response "We're waiting," there is no substantial answer. If I were to take my car to a repair shop or service at my own expense, the job would likely be completed in two days. How much longer should I wait? Correspondence has taken days, and my idle vehicle may incur mechanical issues due to this delay. Who will be responsible for the losses incurred during this time? I will now exercise my legal rights. Even if a tire deflated during this period, I would be aware through Ray Insurance. Despite writing to your website twice, there has been no response. The generic phrases you use here have no meaning for me. I have had Kasko for six years, and it is the first time I needed it, and this is how it turned out. Why do we have Kasko? If the damages were more serious, we might not have received the car in a year. I demand the swift resolution of my grievances. Repair my car and deliver it. File number: 10212304322.

Unfortunately, the issue still hasn't been resolved, I'm waiting. There is no one to address the issue at Ray Sigorta, it's unclear who will solve it. There is no one following the process or providing information. Ray insurance only has you sign the policy. Others are supposed to handle the rest, but they can't, so I'm waiting.
