Ray Insurance Delayed Vehicle Scratch Repair Claim

I got insurance from Ray Insurance. Over time, scratches appeared on the sides of the vehicle and I opened a file to have them repaired by insurance. However, unfortunately, this company took my request into review. Since I reset my phone, the relevant photos were deleted. That's why I didn't include any photos in the file. I could have taken a photo and posted it later, but since I am a principled person, I did not do this. I think they took it for inspection to avoid repairing a few minor damages. If this review turns out to be negative, I will go to an IT company and have the past photos found. Then I will take Ray Insurance to the Consumer Court and from there I will disclose what was done to all readers.
