Ray Insurance Rejects My Car Fire Insurance Claim



I purchased an extended comprehensive insurance policy with Ray Sigorta. On June 20, while the vehicle was in motion, it suddenly caught fire in the engine compartment. Over a two-month period, I provided all the information and documents they requested. I'm well aware of their significant efforts to avoid paying my insurance claim.
Finally, the rejection letter arrived. In reality, it's meaningless - an empty rejection decision. My policy includes fire coverage. There are no legal issues with my car. All accessories are registered on the vehicle license and policy. Due to the fire starting while the vehicle was in motion, my family and I barely managed to escape with our lives.
Throughout the two-month process, they created every possible obstacle, and in the end, they simply said they wouldn't pay. Their actions are contrary to the principle of good faith. It's not worth choosing them just because they're a few hundred ₺ cheaper. I will share this experience on every platform I can find and afford.
