Ray Insurance: Poor Customer Service and Limited Roadside Assistance
I deeply regret that I went ahead and bought auto insurance from Ray Sigorta after making the unfortunate choice to do so. After waiting on hold for hours to report a claim, the person who finally answered the call was extremely impolite and then hung up on me before I could finish my sentence. Their roadside assistance services were just as ineffective, as they offered an extremely restricted number of options for towing and replacement vehicles. My interactions with Ray Sigorta have, on the whole, been less than satisfying.
