Randox Ignored My Request to Cancel and Refund Vitamin Deficiency Test Appointment
Due to a change in my calendar, I asked Randox to cancel the vitamin deficiency test appointment at one of their partner sites and seek a refund. Days have gone by and I emailed their team requesting a cancellation but haven't heard anything. It has been aggravating not having Randox's support or communication. I even tried canceling the appointment straight through their system online, but nothing has been done. Since I asked for a cancellation more than a week ago, I have followed up several times without luck. I hope they handle this shortly and provide my refund. This experience has been unsatisfactory for me.
