Randox has let me have a letdown experience. Not only did my health testing kit arrive slowly, but their customer service was utterly useless all through the process. I ordered from their website. After days of waiting, I contacted at last only to spend almost 20 minutes on hold before someone responded. When I at last made it through, I was informed my order had been delayed for "processing issues," but nobody had bothered to let me know. They were slow to provide any fixes and were unconcerned by the trouble they had caused me. I had to go after a refund personally. They seem to be simply grabbing hold of your money without providing appropriate service.
