I Canceled My Flight on Kiwi.com but Still Haven’t Received My Refund

I booked my flight through the Kiwi.com app, but due to a change in plans, I had to cancel the trip. I went ahead and submitted the cancellation through the app, and I even agreed to the deductions they apply during refunds. Despite that, I haven’t received any update or response.
It’s been a while now, and my refund request still shows as “pending.” I’ve been checking regularly, but there’s been no progress or confirmation about when I’ll actually get my money back. This lack of communication is incredibly frustrating.
Kiwi.com, I’m asking for your support. Will I be refunded or not? I need clarity and action. Please stop delaying and process my refund immediately. It’s unacceptable to leave customers waiting in the dark after canceling through the correct process.
