Randox sold an at-home testing kit, and the directions stated I would get an email indicating whether or not fasting was advised. But the email I got made no reference to fasting or any specific directions, so I contacted someone to get explanation. I never heard back when I emailed their support crew to find out whether fasting was required. After some waiting, I decided to give them a direct call but no one picked. Hoping someone would contact me, I left a voicemail but still nothing. To be safe, I'm going ahead and complete the test as a fasting one; although, to be honest, their customer service doesn't really impress me. Lack of contact irritates me and calls for me to doubt the dependability of their offerings.
