My QCY Ailybuds Pro+ Has Pairing and Call Audio Issues But Service Says It’s Fine
I bought the QCY Ailybuds Pro+ from Hepsiburada, and for the first few months, it worked just fine. But recently, it’s been giving me serious problems—especially with pairing and phone calls. It often struggles to connect to my devices, and during calls, the other person can barely hear me. My voice either sounds distant, muffled, or cuts in and out completely.
I sent the earbuds in for repair through Hepsiburada, hoping the issue would be resolved. But they returned it claiming there was no problem. That’s just not true—the issue is still there, and I’ve tested it multiple times on different phones.
QCY, I need real support. Either repair this product properly or replace it. Please take this issue seriously and fix it as soon as possible.
