Oppo Enco Buds 2 Left Earbud Produces Low Sound After Less Than a Year
I purchased the Oppo Enco Buds 2 Bluetooth earbuds less than a year ago, and initially, they worked perfectly. However, I am now experiencing a serious issue with the left earbud—it suddenly produces almost no sound. Just a few hours ago, the earbuds were functioning without any problems, but now the left side is nearly inaudible.
I’ve tried disconnecting and reconnecting them multiple times, but the problem persists. This issue arose without any warning or external damage, which makes it even more frustrating. For a product that is supposed to last and deliver quality audio, this is unacceptable.
I request Oppo to address this issue immediately, whether through repair, replacement, or another viable solution. Please help resolve this matter promptly, as I rely on these earbuds daily!
