QCY Refused to Fix My T13 Earbuds Citing Baseless Personal Dirt Claim

I bought QCY T13 earbuds from Hepsiburada, relying on their promise of quality. Within just two months, the sound level decreased noticeably, making it challenging to hear clearly. I returned the earbuds under warranty, but they came back with an absurd explanation citing "personal dirt" as the problem. The earbuds are in pristine condition, and there's no way for dirt to penetrate through the grill into them. This reasoning seems more like a way to sidestep the issue instead of offering a genuine solution. I anticipate a comprehensive review and a proper solution instead of baseless assertions that leave customers feeling frustrated. I strongly encourage QCY to step up and address the issue by the warranty terms.
