Xiaomi Redmi Buds 6 Play Right Earbud Stopped Working After 4 Months
On 12-05-2025, I purchased a Xiaomi Redmi Buds 6 Play headset through Hepsiburada, and as of 08-09-2025, I have been experiencing a connection problem. I only use the product with my phone, and the right earbud (R) does not work at all. The issue is persistent and has not been resolved on any device or at any time. The invoice number of the product is CSI2025001273717, and I paid a total of ₺517 at the time of purchase. The warranty is still valid; however, I have not yet initiated a warranty claim or contacted customer service. Since the product is only 4 months old, I request either a replacement or a resolution of the problem.
