Dear Sir/Madam, I was not allowed to board my flight from Tbilisi to Doha to Sao Paulo. I received different treatment upon presenting my Turkish passport. I was asked to guarantee my departure from the final destination, even though I presented fully paid plane tickets. Brazilian authorities do not require a round-trip ticket for the same route. I have fully paid hotel reservations and plane tickets guaranteeing my departure from a different destination. I demand compensation for the inconvenience caused by the wrong decision of the ground service officer and the refund of the missing amount. Furthermore, airlines that transport passengers who do not meet these requirements may face significant fines if entry to the final destination is denied. Our reports indicate that our team at the Tbilisi airport was unable to board you on the flight as you did not have a return ticket, and a complete request for boarding was sent to QR. We apologize sincerely for any inconvenience caused and regret that we are unable to meet your expectations.""
