WMf Lumero Espresso Machine Spare Parts Supply Problem

I have been experiencing steam leakage and low pressure problems with my WMF Lumero espresso machine for quite some time. Because of this issue, I delivered the product to the WMF authorized service center Yılmaz Teknik in Levent, Istanbul at the beginning of October 2025.

After about 45 days, on November 25, I was informed that my machine had been repaired and that I could come and pick it up. However, when I went to the service center, I was told that there was actually no problem with the device and that only cleaning had been performed. For this service, I paid $34, and I have the payment receipt.

However, when I brought the machine home and used it for the first time, I realized that the exact same problem was still present. In other words, no real technical repair had been carried out, yet I had waited 45 days and paid for a service that did not resolve the issue.

Because of this, on December 29, I took the machine to another WMF authorized service center, Göray Teknik Arı Servis in Şişli. The technicians there examined the machine the very next day and clearly identified the cause of the problem along with the parts that needed to be replaced. I agreed to the repair cost, and I was informed that the required part would be ordered from the WMF warehouse. My service record number is ARS-159574.

As of March 15, WMF still has not been able to supply the required part, which means I have not been able to use the espresso machine I paid a significant amount for, for several months.

According to the Turkish Ministry of Trade’s after-sales service regulations, companies must provide technical service and spare parts for products throughout their designated service life. If this cannot be done, companies should offer a reasonable and fair solution that does not leave the customer disadvantaged.

Selling products for which spare parts cannot be supplied and leaving customers who trust the WMF brand in this situation is not acceptable.

I request that the necessary spare part for my WMF Lumero espresso machine be urgently supplied so the repair can be completed, and that I receive a clear and satisfactory explanation regarding the delays and the service process I have experienced.
