ShortMax Unauthorized Charges Immediate Refund And Cancellation Of Services

I am writing to report unauthorized charges made by ShortMax on my bank card and to request an immediate resolution. In the last two weeks, two payments were taken from my card without my consent. The first charge was on 03/07/2026 for $12.79, and the second charge was on 03/14/2026 for $19.99. I did not approve these transactions, and I have not knowingly subscribed to or authorized any paid service with ShortMax. I have tried to reach ShortMax regarding these unauthorized payments, but I have not received any response so far. The continued charging of my card without my approval is unacceptable and causes both financial and emotional distress. I request an immediate full refund of both unauthorized payments (03/07/2026 – $12.79 and 03/14/2026 – $19.99), the cancellation of any existing ShortMax subscription or account linked to my card, and the assurance that no further charges will be made to my bank card in the future.
