Request For Immediate MyIQ Refund

I am writing regarding unauthorized charges made by MyIQ to my Citibank Visa card in the USA, despite the fact that I have never had an account with MyIQ. The first charge appeared on 18 July 2025 and, up to now, a total of $255.83 has been debited, plus a pending charge of $14.99, which MyIQ refused to cancel, for a total amount of $270.82. When I noticed these charges, I contacted MyIQ support. They confirmed that there was no account associated with the card details that were being charged. In order for them to identify and cancel the subscription, I had to provide my credit card information. Following this, they cancelled the subscription and stated that no further charges would be made. I first submitted a refund request by email and then asked for an escalation within MyIQ, but despite these steps, my request for a refund of the total amount of $270.82 was still denied. In their emails, MyIQ support stated that the refund did not comply with their refund policy, which requires the user to log into their account and cancel the subscription themselves. Since MyIQ already confirmed that there was no account associated with these charges, it was impossible for me to log in and follow this procedure, which makes the application of this policy unreasonable in my case. I request that MyIQ urgently refund the full amount of $270.82 that was charged to my card without a valid associated account.
