I Need Uber to Reactivate My Driver Account After Wrong Ban
I am an Uber driver based in Hurghada, Red Sea, and I rely entirely on Uber as my main source of income. Three days ago, my driver account was suddenly closed, and I received a message stating that I had submitted a fake document, specifically my driving licence. This accusation is completely untrue, as all my papers and documents are original and valid, and I have never had any reason to use fake or forged documents. After receiving this message, I submitted an appeal and sent all the required documents again, including photos and a video, to prove that my driving licence and other documents are genuine. Despite this, my account remains closed, which is causing me great stress and financial difficulty since I depend fully on this work. I kindly request that my documents be carefully checked and verified again to confirm that they are original. If necessary, I am fully prepared to come in person to Uber’s office, for example in Cairo, to present all the original documents and clear up this misunderstanding. I ask you to review my case urgently and, once my documents are confirmed as genuine, to reactivate my driver account so I can return to work.
