Bauhaus Online Order Not Shipped, No Clear Info Possible
It's been like a month and called their support team a bunch of times trying to get some real info about my product, but all they've given me is some vague and useless answers. they were speaking in such a manner that I felt like they were teasing me, acting like the product had been shipped six times all nice and polite. But here I am, still with nothing concrete about the shipment. I wouldn't recommend buying anything else from the level of unprofessionalism will wow you too... and they don't even want to try to make things right. don't stress, just look for better online stores, I'll do so next time I want to buy something. This doesn2t mean I'm done with this purchase, do what needs to be done.
