SHEIN Refund Not Received

I placed an order on SHEIN for an “Amyenjoylife Modern Philippine Style Butterfly Sleeve Women’s Spring/Summer Lace Puff Sleeve Short Cardigan Shawl, Champagne Top” in Champagne, size M, for $19.00 under order number GSU1XA16100МAРC I on April 10, 2026. I am requesting a refund due to a size issue with this item. Because of the size problem, I returned the product via USPS around April 20, 2026. Despite sending the return, I have not received the refund yet. I kindly request that the full amount of $19.00 be refunded to my Apple/Wells Fargo account associated with my email address mlmcap***@gmail.com as soon as possible.
