I Face Hoover Cooktop Failure and No Service Support

I purchased a Hoover electric cooktop about 10 months ago for $190. On April 18, while the stove was in use, I suddenly noticed a burning smell. Shortly after, the appliance stopped working completely and has not functioned since. From that day on, the cooktop has been entirely unusable.
Since the issue occurred on April 18–19, I was unable to reach customer service because it was outside of working hours. When I finally contacted them on April 20, I was told that the authorized service in my area would be notified and would call me. However, despite several days passing, no one has contacted me and no technician has visited my home.
For the past 10 days, I have been unable to use my stove, and I cannot even cook meals for my young child. Even though I have called both the service and customer support almost every day, no concrete action has been taken. This lack of response has caused me serious inconvenience.
Although my product is still under warranty and I have the invoice, the fact that even a basic service appointment has not been arranged has completely destroyed my trust in Hoover. At this point, I no longer want a repair or replacement. I do not want to use any product from this brand again.
I request that the product be taken back and that the full amount of $190 be refunded to me, as I do not want to face the same neglect and inconvenience again in the future.

Thank you to Şikayetvar.com; thanks to you, after my complaint I was called by the headquarters and two days later, i.e., today, the service arrived in my area. However, the service technicians said the product had burned due to high voltage and, because they came, they charged a service fee of 600 TL and demanded 4,500 TL to replace the stove's card. When I asked how they thought it was such a fault, they said, "Bro, the card is burnt, look, it smells." There was no need for you to come; my wife had already reported this :) I am a 15‑year‑experienced electrical‑electronics engineer. My region is a rural area, so we have been suffering from low grid voltage for years. Also, my house is a bit smart :) I have about 35 electronic devices at home and can instantly control almost all of them remotely with a smart‑home management system. For some reason, while none of the 35 devices and none of the other houses in my area have any problem, our Hoover stove received high voltage from somewhere :) I request a refund for the device. Do not send your friends who have only an elementary‑school education in electrical electronics and understand nothing to my house again; I will not let them in. If you have any objection to the refund, let me know; I will pursue my rights through legal means. Because of your device, a fire could have broken out in my home and harmed my family. Who would buy a product that could endanger their life and want to use it at home?

On April 18-19 the stove started emitting a burnt smell and became non‑functional. On April 20 I contacted customer service; they promised a technician would come, but no action was taken. I have been unable to use the stove for 10 days and cannot cook food for my child. Service and customer support are indifferent, and the technicians sent are unknowledgeable. The product is under warranty and I am requesting a refund; I want the 6,450 TL returned. A technician arrived and demanded a repair fee plus a service fee.

I want you to take back my defective device. The brand is completely unresponsive. For more than two weeks, I have been unable to cook at home because of the faulty stove, and I cannot prepare meals for my children.
