Mango Sending Wrong Item—Poor Return Policy

On November 23rd, I ordered two items, which were delivered to me after 14 days. However, one of the items did not arrive, and instead, a completely different item was sent. When I called to report the situation, I demanded the correct item to be shipped. I was told to return the item, track it in their system, then call after the return process was complete and confirm. I followed all these steps without errors. Despite their mistake, I made all the efforts myself. What happened next? They refunded the money for the incorrectly sent item. I tried to explain the situation again. I was amazed at the inefficiency of the service, the lack of a solution, and the chaotic warehouse management. They requested the return of the accidentally refunded amount. Yes, they asked for it. I realized that I was dealing with a company that does not care about customer satisfaction. I returned the money for the incorrect refund and still await the correct item. I encountered inadequate service, ineffectiveness, and chaotic warehouse management, which contradicts my expectations. I used to consider Mango a quality and corporate company, but now I understand that I was wrong. The Mango online platform is no longer relevant to me and has caused great disappointment.
