I Face Adidas Runfalcon 5 Tear Issue Within One Year

I purchased Adidas Runfalcon 5 sneakers from the Market Spor store located in Kentpark Mall in Ankara. However, in less than a year—and without any misuse—the fabric on the toe area of the left shoe tore, causing visible damage to the product.

Experiencing such a defect in such a short time, especially from a well-known brand like Adidas, has been very disappointing. I have not encountered similar issues with other brands in the same price range under the same usage conditions, which shows that my expectations from Adidas were much higher.

I sent the product for inspection, but after several weeks, my request was unfortunately rejected. I do not believe this issue was caused by user error, and this outcome has significantly reduced my trust in both the product and the brand.

I kindly request that Adidas reconsider this matter, taking into account the premature tearing of the left toe fabric and the fact that I have not experienced similar problems with other brands. I ask that my request for a replacement or exchange of my Runfalcon 5 shoes be evaluated positively.
