I am seriously so frustrated with my recent shoe haul from my fave brand. I ordered the same pair twice and still didn't get what I wanted! I ordered these super cute shoes twice, but both times they arrived with defects. there's a major communication issue within the company...not impressed... The shipping process is seriously lacking in care. so disappointed with the lack of attention to detail when it comes to packaging my shoes! They arrived with no protective packaging whatsoever! Instead arrived in such a deplorable state with visible dents and damage. in this situation, the employees didn't take responsibility for their mistakes. OMG, the amount of time and money I invested in these shoes, only to be met with disappointment and frustration I just wanted to share my thoughts and ask for help.
