Baby Mall Delivered the Incorrect Boots and Provided Poor Customer Service
As opposed to the white boots with a front zipper that I had ordered, I was sent a pair of purple boots with a side zipper and some sort of staining on them. I contacted support right away, but after a week, nothing has changed. It's frustrating because I asked for the right boots to be sent to me, but the customer service department is apparently following the wrong procedures. Neither the original error nor the length of time it has taken to rectify it make any sense to me. A simple request shouldn't require so much effort on my part, and I should get what I ordered and paid for. Having had such a negative impression of the service after this experience, I doubt I will ever use it again. To better serve their customers in the future, I pray they will reflect on their past failures.
