Pull & Bear Denied Exchange of Unused Item With Tag Still On
On August 27, 2025, I purchased a new season t-shirt from the Pull & Bear store inside MarkAntalya Mall. The product has never been used, and the tag is still attached. However, when I went to the store on October 2, 2025 to request an exchange, my request was denied on the grounds that the exchange period had expired.
I find this response very disappointing because the product is unused and in brand-new condition, yet the staff refused to assist me. I expected better customer service and flexibility from a global fashion brand like Pull & Bear.
I kindly request that Pull & Bear reconsider my situation and allow the exchange, prioritizing customer satisfaction.
