XM Broker Payment Error Sends $2,000 to Wrong Recipient

About two months ago, I dealt with a company called “Al-Najm” (النجم) in Türkiye. Due to a mistake made by the company, $2,000 was sent to another person instead of being transferred to me.

I never received this money at all. When I realized what had happened, I did not know how to file a formal claim or how to contact the company properly to report the issue.

Since then, I have not been able to reach Al-Najm through any communication channel, and I still do not know how to contact them to correct this mistake.

Because of this error, I have lost $2,000 that was supposed to be sent to me.

This $2,000 is an amanah (a trust) for which I am responsible, and it must be delivered to its rightful owner in Yemen.

I respectfully request that this issue be investigated and that the company Al-Najm be required to correct the transfer or return the full $2,000 so that I can deliver this entrusted amount to Yemen as originally intended.
