Parimatch Withdrawal Not Received After ₹6000 IMPS Cashout Request

I made a withdrawal request on Parimatch on December 26, 2025, for ₹6000 via IMPS. The amount was deducted from my Parimatch account, but it has still not been credited to my bank account.

I contacted Parimatch customer support regarding this issue and was informed that my case had been forwarded to the billing team for final review and that I would be updated.

However, there has still been no proper resolution. Based on my experience, their customer support is extremely slow and unresponsive, often taking a very long time to respond to support tickets.

The ticket number for this issue is 64081415.

I request that the ₹6000 withdrawn from my Parimatch account be returned and credited to my bank account without any further delay.
