SuperLive Support Fails to Explain Why Camera Account Was Frozen
I have been using my SuperLive camera account for about a year without any issues. However, last Tuesday, my account was suddenly and permanently frozen, and since then, I have not been able to access my cameras or use the service at all. I contacted SuperLive customer service about this situation, but the response I received was not helpful and did not provide a clear explanation for why my account was permanently frozen. I still do not know the reason for this action or what, if anything, I may have done wrong. My SuperLive account is registered with the email address Dareneish***@gmail.com. I am requesting that my account be reactivated so that I can regain access to my cameras and continue using the service. If reactivation is not possible, I would at least like a clear and detailed explanation of why my account was permanently frozen. I kindly ask that this issue be reviewed urgently and that my account access be restored as soon as possible.
