Pull&Bear Order Delayed Past Delivery Date With No Shipping Update

On November 27, I placed an order for a pair of sweatpants through the Pull&Bear mobile app in Turkey, with order number 20194722394. At the time of purchase, the estimated delivery date was shown as December 9. Today is December 14, and my order has still not been delivered, nor has there been any progress or update regarding the shipment.

I am very uncomfortable with this delay, as the promised delivery time has clearly been exceeded and I have been left waiting without any information. I request that my order be delivered to me urgently and that the delivery process be expedited without any further delay. I also kindly ask to be clearly and promptly informed about the current status of my order.
