PUBG Mobile Account Wrongly Banned on Fazeon PC Setup

I play PUBG Mobile on my Fazeon desktop PC, and my account name is ElifKlcsy09. On August 27, 2025, in the morning, I suddenly received a 4.5-hour ban, and later that same evening, I was given an additional 1-day ban. This is the first time I have ever faced such penalties.
I want to make it absolutely clear: I have never used any third-party software, cheats, or add-ons. My account has always followed the game’s rules. Despite this, my profile is being hit with bans back-to-back, which is not only unfair but also deeply frustrating.
So far, I have not contacted customer support, nor have I spent money on this account. But being punished without reason is discouraging and makes it impossible to enjoy the game.
I demand that PUBG Mobile conduct a thorough review of my account and immediately lift these unjust bans. Players should not be penalized for simply playing fairly. I also expect a permanent fix so that I do not continue receiving random bans every day.
