I'm sorry I chose Pronet; may God curse them. They came to my shop and incorrectly installed the system. They told me to wait for a service person, but they kept me waiting while the alarm continued to beep loudly, disturbing my customers. I told them to cancel, but they just smiled and insisted on keeping it. Now I'm telling them to cancel it and take their device back, but they say it's been over 15 days and there's nothing they can do. They gave me a 444 number to call to cancel, which I did, but they said it was too late. They charge me 900 TL per month, which is completely unnecessary. I don't recommend it, and I'll never forgive Bus**, the cursed woman who works at the Izmit branch. Their devices never worked properly, and now I'm stuck with them despite the fact that they're broken, and they refuse to come fix them or cancel the service. Shame on you pronet.
