1win Deposit Rejected - UTR Transaction Issue

I am a user of 1win with account ID 31450***. On 17/03/2026 at around 4:34 pm, I deposited ₹2000 to my 1win account. The transaction shows as rejected on 1win, but the amount has not been returned to my bank account and has also not been credited to my 1win wallet. The UTR number for this transaction is 300058149068. Because of this issue, my ₹2000 is currently stuck and I am unable to use either my bank balance or my 1win balance. I request that this transaction be checked on priority using the given UTR and my account ID, and that either the ₹2000 be credited to my 1win account or immediately refunded back to my bank account. I expect a quick and clear resolution and a confirmation message once the action has been completed.
