I Keep Getting Charged for an Alarm System I Canceled Long Ago by Pronet
I had a home alarm system installed by Pronet. However, even though I clearly stated that I wanted to cancel my subscription, the monthly fee is still being charged. From the very beginning, the sales representative provided false and misleading information, and the subscription was opened without proper consent. Despite telling customer service about this at least a hundred times, the cancellation has still not been processed. Can someone please assist me urgently with this issue? Otherwise, I will do everything in my power to take action. I don’t want the company’s name to be tarnished due to the carelessness of a sales rep, but I’ve been paying ₺2500 per month for an alarm system I haven’t used in over a year. The customer service team is not acting in good faith either, and I have the ability to reach a wide audience on social media. If my issue is not resolved immediately, I will share all the documents publicly and seek legal action against Pronet.
