Pronet Unauthorized Billing and Poor Customer Service

I am furious that Pronet Security did mass billing without my permission and sent me invoices without my permission. When I told them about this, they insisted on sending me a refund invoice, saying that there was no other way to solve the problem. So, they changed the entries in my agreement with the accountant, which means I have to pay an extra 500 TL a month because of accounting adjustments. I canceled the service. To make matters worse, Pronet Security charged me an absurd 8900 TL cancellation fee for a three-month service period. It's unbelievable! Their customer service is terrible because they never respond and keep putting things off. I will not forgive them for what they have done.
