I deposited 4,000 INR into my Bdg Win Game account on 17/03/2026 at around 02:41 PM via PhonePe UPI. The amount has been successfully debited from my PhonePe account and the transaction shows as completed with Transaction ID T2603171441284582429633, but the money has not been credited to my Bdg Win Game account. Despite the payment being successful on my side, my game balance has not been updated. I contacted Bdg Win Game customer support about this issue, but they only say that the payment is pending/to be paid and the problem has still not been resolved. I request that my 4,000 INR deposit be either immediately credited to my Bdg Win Game account or refunded back to my PhonePe account, and that a clear explanation be provided regarding this failed credit.
