I was tricked into signing a contract on September 29, 2022, that contained many unfulfilled promises. Pronet Alarm enticed me with promises of free services, but when I looked into it, I found that every part of the alarm system cost money. Even worse, I was threatened with a hefty 5,500 TL cancellation fee when I asked about canceling within the 15-day grace period. all I sought was explanation and equality. Despite my reservations, I persevered through four months of system use. My first monthly bill was only 430 TL, but I was warned that it will more than double to 1,780 TL after only six months. Because of this unexpected price hike, I have decided to discontinue service, regardless of the associated fees. Over the course of those four months, Pronet Alarm's repeated threats of high cancellation costs were a constant source of worry and tension. What's more startling is they resorted to blackmail by claiming that I had agreed to their requirements based on a recording of our conversation. They just sent me a charge for 8,030 TL, ridiculous. My expectations were completely dashed, and I wouldn't wish this on my worst enemy.
