I am writing to report a serious issue with my Easypaisa mobile account linked to the number 923102846***. Yesterday night at around 8:32 pm, I transferred 50,000 PKR from my Meezan Bank account to this Easypaisa number. The transaction from Meezan Bank was successful and I also received a confirmation message from the bank, but the amount has still not been credited to my Easypaisa account. I contacted Meezan Bank and they informed me that the payment has been successfully transferred from their side. Despite this, there is no trace of the 50,000 PKR in my Easypaisa account and my balance has not increased. I request Easypaisa to urgently investigate this missing transaction and immediately credit the 50,000 PKR to my Easypaisa account or provide a clear written explanation of where this amount is stuck. I expect this issue to be resolved as soon as possible because this is a large amount and I am facing serious inconvenience due to this delay.
