I regret ever buying a Profilo refrigerator. Since last year, it's been giving us trouble all the time. Technicians have come and gone many times to try to fix the device, but nothing seems to work. Dear Profilo, please replace this refrigerator before I burn it in front of your dealer's store! Enough already. If this had been an Arcelik fridge, they would have replaced it right away, like they did with my neighbor's. These Profilo employees are a shame because they make customers like us upset.
