Profilo Refrigerator's Defect And Nobody Helps





The refrigerator we bought from Profilo for our summer house has been malfunctioning since day one. Despite numerous service visits, the issues persist. The products inside freeze in the partial refrigerator, and the freezer accumulates snow. Recently, when I returned after 10 days, I discovered glass soda bottles bursting, glass scattered, and everything from cheese to olives frozen solid. This model is apparently defective, and Profilo's customer service has been unhelpful. The potential danger, especially for my 5-year-old daughter, is alarming. I demand an urgent replacement with a reliable model. I won't relent; I'll escalate this issue from your German headquarters to CIMER if necessary. Changes are urgently needed.
