The service center claims that it is covered under warranty for a free replacement, but Profilo's headquarters continues to give us the runaround. This is a critical issue, especially during these hot days when we desperately need the deep freezer. Profilo's failure to resolve the issue quickly has made us regret our decision to purchase their product. The lack of customer service and the constant delays cause significant inconvenience and frustration.
