My 6-Month-Old Arçelik Fridge Is Noisy. Service Failed to Fix It

I bought an Arçelik refrigerator six months ago, and it's been making loud noises. The service technician came but couldn't solve the problem. When I contacted the store where I purchased it, they refused to take responsibility. To make matters worse, they told me to file a complaint with Consumer Rights.
My order number is 5050****25, and I hope someone from Arçelik will contact me. I regret buying this Arçelik fridge so much. I'm a minimum wage worker, and I spent more than my monthly salary on this appliance. Look at the situation I'm in now.
This experience has been incredibly frustrating. I saved up for this fridge, expecting it to be a reliable appliance from a reputable brand. Instead, I'm left with a noisy machine that disrupts my home, and no one seems willing to help me resolve the issue.

I bought an Arçelik refrigerator. It's been 6 months. This is my second time writing on this page. The service came twice and couldn't solve my problem, and even though they saw and knew the issue, they came to my house three times and still didn't identify the problem themselves, instead they asked me to record a video. Is this nonsense for real? For God's sake, I will lose my religion because of this. Please, for God's sake, do not shop from Arçelik, it's not worth a penny.
