Profilo Tech Staff Came Nine Times For The Same Problem In The Refrigerator

Service that came 9 times, but no solution was found by the authorized service regarding our refrigerator that was repaired for the 3rd time and could not be repaired. Then why is our cabinet left in the service for a long time and it still does not work? Our 20 kilos of cheese has spoiled in it, this is the village and the earthquake zone. Profilo authorized service does not take us seriously, moreover, they take a stand because we complain. it's nothing but meddling and making fun of people, the last one for our closet, which we didn't want repaired, said let's get it repaired once again, if it doesn't work, then we'll find another solution, and then we sent our closet to be repaired twice and there is still no solution. The incoming cabinet is damaged during transportation, and the door gaskets do not hold it well!!
