Profilo CGA242X0TR washing machine rusted in 2 years. I used another local brand for 18 years, and there was no such rust anywhere. In addition, if the machine is used in the kitchen, if it is in a humid place such as a bathroom, the face of the machine will not be visible due to rust. I always change the items in my house and buy Profilo, I think I'm doing it wrong. I bought it not only for myself, but also for my mother, my siblings, my friends, and my relatives. I added the photos. I request Profilo to resolve my grievance regarding this matter. I'm on the verge of buying a Profilo large-sized refrigerator, please solve my rust problem.

I'm writing this while it's still fresh, (it was done within 2 business days) the Profilo technical service just came. They replaced the rusted front panel and the detergent drawer of my machine. They did the checks and left. I never expected it to be resolved this quickly. We thank your customer representative and the friends providing the technical service very much. We will continue to use Profilo.
