"I'm writing this while it's still fresh, (it was done within 2 business days) the Profilo technical service just came. They replaced the rusted front panel and the detergent drawer of my machine. They did the checks and left. I never expected it to be resolved this quickly. We thank your customer representative and the friends providing the technical service very much. We will continue to use Profilo."
