LG Washing Machine Keeps Breaking Down

I purchased an LG washing machine, and for two years, it has been nothing but trouble. The machine has had continuous malfunctions, and at least five service visits have failed to resolve the issue. Each time, the technicians make excuses, perform temporary fixes, and leave—only for the same problem to happen again shortly after.

Despite LG being a major brand, their service team has been completely unhelpful. Now, they want to take the machine away for repairs, but they can't even provide a clear timeline for when it will be returned. As a family with a disabled member, we cannot be left without a washing machine for an uncertain period. This is completely unacceptable!

I am demanding an immediate and permanent solution. Either fix the machine properly or replace it entirely.
