Priceline Hotel Reservation & Refund Complaint
I had to spend a night at the La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham three days ago. I came across some reviews on Priceline and decided to book this hotel due to its affordable price. Upon my arrival at the hotel at 10:00 PM and stepping into the room, I was appalled by the uncleanliness and lack of ventilation. The odor in the room was unpleasant, and the sheets were discolored. I headed to the reception and described the situation, requesting a room change. They informed me that this was not feasible due to my booking being made through Priceline. I contacted customer service and described my request, mentioning that I wouldn't be staying in this room. I asked for a refund as the room didn't match the pictures on the website and was quite dirty. Unfortunately, they declined to provide me with a refund. I highly recommend avoiding this hotel.
