Requesting Refund After Gearup Global Took Money Without Permission

I do not know or recognize any site or brand called Gearup Global. About $23 was withdrawn from my account without my knowledge. I did not even receive a notification from my Papara account about this transaction.

I am requesting a refund of my money and expect a response regarding this issue. No approval was taken from me, and the money was withdrawn automatically. I am demanding a serious and immediate solution. The amount does not matter—what matters is that my money was taken without consent, and I want it refunded as soon as possible. I request that the relevant authorities look into this matter.
